Skyra cosmics follows a transparent "Unused return" policy for all the products bought from our online store. You can return the unused products you have ordered within 4 days of the date of delivered. If the seal of product is removed or if the packaging hampered no return policy is applied. Please note that used products cannot be returned for hygiene concerns, please email us at skyracosmics@gmail.com and we will guide you through the process till completion.
